Not too easy. Not too difficult.
This course was online, but it helps me learn about not only my own health but about the community. It provides activities and assignments that incorporate healthier choices into my daily life style.
The highlights from the course is the feedback from the professor. Most online professors just provide feedback that say "great work" or "super" but there is no connection. The feedback provided helps me work on the things I made an error on and next time around I wlll be able to fix it.

Plan ahead. The assignments were always due on the same day during the week, but sometimes you may forget about it since it was due on a Saturday. The best thing to do is complete assignments early so you are able to review your feedback.
