    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I enjoyed learning so much about the human body, illnesses, and health. This is practical and useful information for the real world. She was a good professor to teach the class and truly cared about the success of students.

    Course highlights:

We dissected a fetal pig and a sheep's heart. Definitely not a normal everyday situation, but well worth the experience. This course prepares you for Human Anatomy where you will be asked to dissect a human body (cadaver) so pay attention.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study her PowerPoints instead of the book if you are on crunched time. Also taking a light course load to allow yourself time to memorize the material.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend this course because the professor forced you to put in the work. It was not an easy course -- lots of studying was involved and hard work was a must.

    Course highlights:

This course went over almost every body system and covered it moderately-in-depth. I would say that it was a "taste" of an anatomy class. It discussed systems like the nervous system, cardiovascular system, and digestive system, as well as biology at the cellular level.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Take good notes in class! Although Powerpoints are added to the website and she lectures well, take notes so that you can understand everything fully.
