Pretty easy, overall.
Don't take this class if you want to be prepared for 213! He skips over so many important reactions, doesn't teach spectra the correct way, and essentially makes the class feel so easy.
I learned that self-studying sessions are an indispensable part of this class. As much as it's important to form study sessions, no one is going to help you memorize the priorities of functional groups except yourself.

Read the book. Often times the professor fails to explain things in a clear way, so you must refer to the text if you get lost. And believe me when I say it's easy to get lost in his class.
