    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

It is fine to not go to class or office hours, but you should write down all equations and know when to use which on the cheat sheet before exams. Cheat sheet really helps a lot.

    Course highlights:

Professor is really nice and kind, and the homework is similar to exams.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do all the homework and read through examples she uploaded

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

If you are an engineering student, STAT 400 offers a much better alternative to taking IE 300. If you can, do not take IE 300. Stepanov is a much better professor and the course is much easier.

    Course highlights:

The main thing that I learned throughout the semester is how to analyze distributions and compute probabilities for many different types and sizes of samples.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure that you do the homework and really understand how to do the problems. Working with others, but no copying them really helps for learning the concepts. If you can explain the process and math to another person, you are in good shape.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class taught a difficult subject in a fun way.

    Course highlights:

I learned how the number can be manipulated.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Always bring your calculator and textbook.
