Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Relatively easy class, especially for an LAS 300+ level course. Discusses terminology, psychology, and social effects of sexual culture in America. Very straightforward class with not much time needed to be put into for a good grade.

    Course highlights:

Learned a lot about how sexual culture impacts college campuses, sexual health, and attitudes towards sex in general. Biology and anatomy was not covered, and instead focused on general terms needed to define broadly what sexual culture is about.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Your grading is actually set by you (making your exams take up a smaller or larger portion of your grade and making discussions and papers larger, etc.), so it's very flexible in terms of grading, and you can set up your rubric the best way to make it easiest on you. You must go to discussion, both for participation points and for information. Lecture slides are not available online, so going to discussion to take notes is highly recommended. Discussion is very easy, and takes up a large portion of your grade. Participation is required for both discussion and lecture, in the form of written opinionated work in lecture and talking to teaching assistants during discussion. Exams and paper topics are very easy and typically come directly from notes, which is why I recommended going to lecture every day.
