    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Molecular genetics is a tough course but it is interesting. It is a required course for pre-med students therefore I was required to take the course. This will really prepare you for concepts in the MCAT.

    Course highlights:

The class is taught by two professors. One professor is somewhat easier and straight forward with his tests than the other. I learned many things about molecular genetics and how we use genetics in the world.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Record the lectures and keep up. There are also assignments before every lecture that require you to do the readings, so at least skim the readings rather than just looking up answers online.
