    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This was a good introductory course to political science. It goes over many of the differences between governments and countries and how they contribute to our differences.

    Course highlights:

This course will go over many different types of governments and how they came to power. It will go over what appeals to their people as well as how they failed.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would tell students to put a lot of work into the papers because they count as majority of your grade. I would also recommend that you read the required books as they will make the papers more easy to write.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Fantastic introduction to the topic, I wasn't sure about if I wanted to study Poli Sci but this made me more confident.

    Course highlights:

Discussed different political systems, examples of when/where political systems failed, etc.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you go to class. It's an intro class but it definitely hurts quite a bit to miss out on lectures, some topics are complicated.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This is a great introductory course and the professor and TA do a good job with teaching students about some of the most basic concepts behind political science.

    Course highlights:

In this course we discussed why some countries are more successful than others, why some governments are more likely to succeed and persist in countries, and the difference between political institutions.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

I would recommend that you complete the writing assignments with a lot of effort, as they cover tricky and complex subjects. The grading is some what hard, but there is a lot of room for different views and opinions, so as long as you can support your claims you will be fine. also, attend every discussion section!!
