Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Really fun class. During the labs we are able to perform all the science principles we learned in class.

    Course highlights:

Lab classes and lab reports, which correspond to a great proportion of the final grade

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do all the lab reports. Always read the recipes before going in to lab classes and memorize all the basic concepts for the exams.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because it is very applicable to what you need to know when you cook. Getting an A and B in this class is easy and the small pointer the professor tells us are going to be on the test, which means free points.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course is eating the food you make. And since the professor is going to taste the food, you will have to do well which will make you strive to cook better. You get a lab partner so they will be able to help you make the product.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

You need to go to class and although this class is fun, know what is happening in lab and the small pointers that the professor teaches in class. You have a lab report due every time you have lab and majority of the class points come from those so be detailed in how you answer things.
