    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Justine is a great lecturer. She is very engaging and genuinely cares about the success of her students. Attend the lectures because she asks questions and you turn in your answers on notecards for participation points.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about health from this course. She is a Community Health professor and I recommend taking CHLH 101 by her at the same time because a lot of the information overlaps, making it easier to remember.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Attend the lectures and complete the study guides before each test. She bases her tests entirely from these study guides as well as the review session that she hosts the last lecture before class. Participation counts so attending lectures is important, she gives out hints about what will be on the test so it is beneficial for your grade to attend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Valuable, real-life information that's interesting and will last you a lifetime!

    Course highlights:

I love how physical activity and exercise can prevent lots of common illnesses: diabetes, cardiovascular disease, even some cancers!

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay attention and take notes. Some people give too little of effort, so as long as you put forth an effort it will be an easy ride!

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course to those who are interested in the health and wellness fields. It is a good introductory course for chemistry and it makes you work for the grades.

    Course highlights:

This course taught me how to prepare myself for exams and how to be more vigilant of online homework and coursework. This class has a lot of online materials that go with it and it is important to keep up on those because they can be the difference between an A and a B.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you keep up with the online materials because they help a lot. The discussions can be dreary and tedious at times but they are points that are all but given to you; provided you do them with some effort.
