    | No strong feelings either way.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I'd recommend this course to someone looking for a relatively easy, but also interesting gen ed course to take here at UIUC. I'm not a special ed major, but I did work in that field for four summers. I learned a lot of useful information that could help me in my work going forward.

    Course highlights:

The best part of this course was all the different speakers and presenters brought in over the course of the semester. Most classes consisted of someone coming in to share their personal experiences and or stories pertaining to the topic we were covering that week. There was a wide variety of speakers, it kept things interesting.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

For this course you have to make sure you're consistently going to class, attendance is mandatory! You also won't understand what is going on if you don't. They throw a lot at you in class. Be sure to keep up with the small weekly assignments and keep an eye towards the bigger ones spaced out throughout the semester.
