    Great introduction to Nutrition!

    The professor was very knowledgable and you learn all about nutrition and the body

    Course Overview:

    This class although has a lot of information the exams are pretty straight forward and there are no underlying "tricks".

    Course highlights:

    Just learning about how food as a whole is very important and food scientists are vital to our society

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Make sure that you go to every class and follow along the powerpoint as the lecturer is giving you the lecture.
