    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It incorporates many of the basic concepts you'll need as a Nutrition or Dietetics major, but is more focused and educational than FSHN 120.

    Course highlights:

Lifestyle benefits of healthy nutrition, nutritional impacts on health, unbiased information on diets

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would say that you should just try to absorb what the professors are saying during lecture. Don't focus so much on writing down every note, but try and understand the general concepts of what they are trying to teach. It will help guide your career potentially.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

So hard if you haven't taken MCB or Chem 101! Wouldn't recommend if not advanced in FSHN.

    Course highlights:

Gained a lot of knowledge about the science and process of the human body

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take MCB and Chem 101 first! Overall the teach is so nice and really tries to get you to do well in his class.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The topics addressed by the course are pretty basic, but the professor was able to make them interesting. Discussion classes were great and we would get extra points for attending it. Exams were kinda hard, tough.

    Course highlights:

Basic concepts about macro and micronutrients. Also, some knowledge about diets.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Memorize as much as you can and do the homework related to the discussion classes.
