Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class seemed quite challenging at first, but the professor was phenomenal. She explained the content of the lecture in strong detail, making sure she went over various problems that may be on the exams. In addition, she was always willing to extend deadlines or shorten lectures in order for her students to learn to the best of their ability. The content of the course itself was challenging, but it was very easy to find resources to overcome tough problems. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone that needs to take it or just as a gen-ed.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course was the professor, Karle Laske. She has a great attitude throughout the whole semester and was always happy to see her students. My class had about 500 students in it, and every day at least 400 would be present. Karle knows how to make the content of the lecture interesting and entertaining to college aged students.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Always show up to the lectures. In class, the professor goes over a lot of information that would be difficult to learn on your own. In addition, the online homework and the practice exams provided will help prepare students for the actual exams.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because it really makes you slow down and think about what you're doing in the problems and Karle really helps with understanding the material and using everything correctly.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of the course were all the extra credit she gave out, so make sure you go to class because you get extra points for the clickers! I learned a lot about chance that I didn't know before and box models.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to all the lecture because it helps to be there when she explains everything, but if you do end up missing a lecture, she always posts the lecture videos online so you can keep up that way. Also, make sure to do all the homework so that you can practice what you learned in class so that you're read to move on to the next topic in the next class.
