    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would highly recommend this teacher and this course because it is eye opening in two ways in the knowledge you gain but also in the information you can use throughout your life.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course was finding out that I could decrease my chance of heart disease, brain diseases just by working out and challenging my body.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

The best tip i could give is to pay attention in class and participate in class discussion.
