    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I personally did not learn very much in this course, as most of the material focuses on sexual education and nutrition and exercise and mental health, and only a small portion of it is about different diseases. I already know quite a bit about nutrition and exercise from my own experiences, and I think most people are required to take sex ed in high school, so none of that was new information. Also, I did not really like the professor, as she did not put a lot of time or effort into the course and took a long time to return grades, so I was never sure how I was doing in the course.

    Course highlights:

Basically read the above, but I only learned a little about some diseases and about some mental health issues. I had prior knowledge of most of the topics covered in the class, like physical health.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Just read the book very thoroughly for the reading quizzes as they are very detailed almost to the point of being unfair.
