Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

For me it was a requirement, and I actually am trying to learn Spanish well. Ricardo is a great teacher and he really wants you to learn the language. He does require a lot of work, but he will help your grade if you show him that you are trying to do well. If you do put in the work, though, you can learn a lot of Spanish. If you just need the class as a gen ed requirement, I might recommend another teacher, although you could get by in his class by putting in minimum effort.

    Course highlights:

Like I said, I learned Spanish really well. I think I learned more in this semester than I did over many years of taking Spanish in high school. Not only did I learn the grammar and vocab, though, I also learned how to speak Spanish, because he makes you practice speech a lot.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to class! It is next to impossible to do well without going to almost every class. He really wants you to succeed, and if you show him that you are trying he will help you out. Also, keep up with the homework, and really do it well so you won't have to cram for the tests and quizzes.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This class is a very easy class if you put in minimal time and effort and have a decent basic understanding of Spanish.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot more in depth about grammar and basic conjugation rules. I also learned how to express myself verbally better.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Keep up with your homework assignments and get easy points that way if you think you will struggle on the tests.
