This class was tough.
Super interesting combination of food science, material science, and chemistry with a great professor.
I learned so much about the way food interacts with its environment and how to package certain perishable products. I am a senior now with two internships under my belt and I still go back to my notes for this class when working with food packaging.

Study study study. Exams are very essay-like, you won't be able to BS your way through them.
