Pretty easy, overall.
The course itself wasn't too bad, but DO THE HOMEWORK IN ADVANCE! It's grouped together and I forgot about one homework assignment and it dropped me a letter grade (from A to a B). No late homework accepted.
She gave study guides for the test, so as long as you filled those out and studied them you would know pretty much all of the test questions. I learned about my own personal diet and what areas I'm deficient in (ex. calorie intake, nutrient/vitamin intake).
