This is such a fascinating course that discusses a part of our lives we have become so oblivious to such as the tourism, restaurant, and hotel industries. It opens you up to a world you had your eye closed towards.
The highlights of this course were definitely learning about the hotel and restaurant industry. Since I have been to many hotels and many restaurants in my life, it was fascinating to learn what happens "behind the scenes" and why the things are the way they are. Also you learn how they make their profit and how they change every year to adapt to the customer needs.

Read! And take everything as serious as you can. Hospitality is seen as "unneeded", but the knowledge you can gain is FASCINATING! This is such an interesting topic, and a wonderful way to see how this industry is important to the world around you. Give it a try, you never know the doors it can open for you.
