    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

It's a super easy class first of all and the professor makes it really interesting to listen to! His lectures are funny and informative and he gets the info to you in a way that is easily understandable. His take home quizzes are simple enough to complete quickly, but challenging enough that you need to study to find the answers.

    Course highlights:

I learned everything there is to know about the night sky. How the sun was made and how stars evolve. How light and gravity work.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't get lazy on the take home assignments!

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The course was very hard to understand. Learning basics facts was okay, but trying to understand the stars and planets and all of the different processes was much too complicated.

    Course highlights:

I received a basic idea of how the solar system works! I also learned some scientific concepts that I'll have a basic understand of outside of Astronomy.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

The tests include the historical figures mentioned in the course, so study them (at least the Finals do). Also, the trick in memorizing what kind of star is what, is to find the key features of it that define it from all other stars. Plus, the process of star and planet formations are very similar, so pay attention to the similarities to make it easier to memorize them.
