    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I personally did end up enjoying this class, but I would not recommend it to anyone who does not have liberal feminist views. The course itself and the grading was pretty typical, but all of the essays and assignments had something to do with feminism or related subjects.

    Course highlights:

Part of the course included using multi-media sources in our essays and relating art to our reading material, and it was a very interesting experience.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Be sure to read the material that is assigned.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because there are seminars each week about a chapter in our assigned book that touches on media problems today.

    Course highlights:

The seminars. I really enjoyed listening to everybody's input on certain chapter. It always you to think differently and consider others solutions or interpretations on the subject. Also, if you don't understand a passage, seminars are the place to get clarification.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Stay on top of your game! Keep track of what essays and questions you have to do every week for seminar and make sure to time manage your papers.

    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course was available online, which was great because I was working and going to school full-time. The professor was very clear about deadlines which made it that much easier for me.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to read someone else's writing and make my own interpretations of their work through my own life experiences.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

If you're not a fan of online courses, I wouldn't take this class. However, if you do just fine working online, this is a great course for you!
