    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would not recommend this course because this teacher asks for a lot more than what she gives in instructions. Her guidelines are hard to follow and can be confusing.

    Course highlights:

I learned basic English criteria that is learned in high school. In class you don't learn as you'd hope however, what you are able to learn for the work you do at home is more helpful than anything.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You need to be ready for a large work load, close to an hour or two of homework. The papers are graded heavily and pay attention to the criteria because it is different than what is said in class.

    | Would recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because they teach so much about all the English and writing rules. They teach the way to write good papers, and that is very important because as we keep going we get to write more and more.

    Course highlights:

Some highlights of this class were mostly about the writing strategies. I learned how to write really good introductions, body paragraphs with the most main important ideas, and conclusions. Essays are given out so that way students can get better each time they write a paper.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

something i just have to say is to not skip lecture and take notes whenever instructor is giving out information. Also, I recommend that when there is test that will be given out is to do your work prior to the date test and read over what the test will be about.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Reed is a quirky professor, but it you engage in his discussions you will do well. Read all the material and come prepared to participate.

    Course highlights:

I enjoyed the class discussions. They were lively and fun.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Be ready to do a lot of reading and writing.
