Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This was a great class! Easy to learn if you kept up with notes and came to class everyday! Studying outside of class was a must and flashcards were one of the most helpful ways to study for all tests! It's a lot of information to go over in a short period of time, but definitely worth it to take at YVC. S. Panarello is an amazing professor and really wants everyone to succeed, she was almost always in her office during her office hours except when we were told prior, and she is more than willing to sit down with students to help them with information they might not understand as well!

    Course highlights:

Fill-in the blank notes, group work/activities, and study guides before tests

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Study more than you think you need to know. It's a lot of information to process, but the more you know the better off you will be! If you are planning on going into a health care field it is also a great class to take because it helps with parts from othe science classes like general bio and chemistry.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Sara Panarello is a great professor who truly cares about her students. She gives her students what is needed to be successful in the class and is happy to answer any questions that you may have. She is very clear about what will be expected to know for each exam.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of the course would be the group work. At the start of the quarter, you are assigned into a group of students that you will be working with. You will do assignments together and can be a great way to learn and study the material together.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

In this course, you will not succeed if you procrastinate. There is a lot of material to cover and a lot that you need to know before each exam. You will perform poorly if you cram the night before. Keep up with the reading and the assignments and review.
