    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This class was SO MUCH FUN! Mrs. Jensen-Martin really gets the whole class involved and isn't afraid to tell some personal stories. (Nothing X-rated of course!)

    Course highlights:

We learned all about different sexual traditions and cultures. Obviously we learned all of the anatomy of the human male and female. We covered STI's, Birth Control methods, Fetishes, the spectrum of sexuality and everything in between. This course was like a better, more fun version of Sex Ed. with emphasis on FACTS not whatever chastity/purity crap that High Schools try to sell to horny teenagers. We learned that, unbelievably, the VAST majority of states don't even require their Sex Ed. teachers to teach facts! They can tell teens anything they want to and it doesn't even have to be true! I can go on all day about this course, I really enjoyed it that much!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't be squeamish. There are some pretty nasty pictures on the subject of STI's, so don't go in thinking that there won't be any penises or vaginas, because there's a lot of them. Also, don't be afraid to share or ask questions. The more people share, the more fun the class gets!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class is extremely informational alone. But what makes it a five star class is the Professor in charge. She is hands down the most well spoken, confident, intelligent women I have yet to meet. Her class was easy because the information just stuck. You wanted it to, you wanted to keep going every week and keep listening. The environment she creates in a room is amazing!

    Course highlights:

I gained knowledge of not only my own physical and mental body, but those of others. I learned to not try to understand everyone, but to accept that you can not understand everyone. That sometimes the ones that are unable to understand, do not understand themselves either. We are complex, yet we are all equal. I learned conscious awareness and caution in this course, along with the life lesson to be who you are and find the beauty in it.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

I would recommend that you read the chapters before lecture. It is never too much to be ahead in the reading, and it makes learning it for a second time in class easier. It also makes sure that you are aware of things that may have been missing from the lecture. Another tip is to print out the powerpoint ahead of class if they are provided to you. It makes notes much easier. You can focus more on her words than the ones behind her. Overall, be attentive and it will be hard to not be interested.
