    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because of the professor, Ben Blanco. He is one of the most prestigious professors on campus and for good reason. He actively engages the class and challenges each student to think outside of the textbook, and gives personal examples as he has experienced the field of management first-hand.

    Course highlights:

The best things about this course were the lectures and humor of Dr. Blanco. There was never a boring day in this class, as every lecture was engaging and made you want to learn. Aside from learning the basics of management and its theories, I learned important lessons of the business world. Specifically, that if you're looking to be successful in business you must do a few things: you must be proactive in whatever career or position you are in, you must have an external locust of control, meaning that you are in sole control of your life, and that you should aspire to be not only knowledgeable in your field, but charismatic, so that working with others is not a struggle.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Succeeding in this class is as simple as showing up on time and listening to the lectures. It is not really a requirement to take notes if you are an active listener. Also, if you are open-minded and willing to accept different ideas then you will get the most out of Dr. Blanco's teaching methods.
