Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class. The professor is good and very helpful. She quickly replies to questions. The material is challenging, but manageable. I felt that the Excel portion of the class was more meaningful than the Access section.

    Course highlights:

Learned a lot more detail about MS Excel and how to better utilize it in business. Also learned about MS Access.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Complete the homework, all of it. Be thorough and make sure you understand the material. The tests are very similar to what is covered in the homework. Also, do not buy the books for the course. The presentations provided by the teacher are all you need to be able to understand the material. I never once opened the text books.

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The tests were disproportionately longer than any of the assigments.

    Course highlights:

I learned how freaking difficult a masters degree is going to be.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Spend WAY more time than you think you need preparing for the tests.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

She is a great prof. The homework is a little long and time consuming, but it is exactly what you need to know for the exams, nothing more and nothing less. You need to be able to do EVERYTHING covered in the homework. You do NOT need the book for this course. Her lecture notes are actually better than the book. Not an easy class, but if you keep up with the work an A is very attainable.

    Course highlights:

Learned so much, I already knew Excel very well, but Access was all new to me and know I know it just as well as I know the rest of the Microsoft Office programs.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't buy the books. Very enjoyable class.
