    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It's a great course that pulls together the principles you've learned in the rest of the MBA program and forces you to put them to use in a simulation game.

    Course highlights:

The simulation game is a lot of work but a lot of fun as well. I learned about intelligent business decision making.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Get your group members figured out from the start so you don't get stuck with whoever doesn't have a group. It's a large workload, so work ahead where you can, and make sure you don't get behind.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course will seriously provide the basic infrastrucre to future endevours in business ventures. Take this course if you feel that you may want to be in business for yourself one day. Even if not, you can still take away important principles to apply to managerial positions.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course is the good read provided in one of the assigned books. Another would include the acknowledgement of the feasibility analysis and how it can measure if success is plausible.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Read, Read, and Read. The weekly quizzes are no joke. They are approximately 30-50 questions long and you get one hour. They at random and it is closed book closed notes. The graders of this course are professional and adhere to graduate level grading, so ensure your work reflects it is the best you have done to date. The Case study is difficult since its relied upon the success of a group working well together (mine did not). This class was required by the MBA program along one other elective. There are other options, but I suggest choosing this one. As I, one can get an A easily, just put the work in. It will be easy to get a B in this course.
