Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Mr. Rawl is a fantastic teacher. He takes the time to get to know each students individual weaknesses and strengths. He also makes sure that each student has the tools necessary for success, not only in his course, but also for life after college.

    Course highlights:

I gained a knowledge of how to properly research and write a 12 page research paper. At first, I thought for sure that it would be too overwhelming to accomplish. Mr. Rawl broke it down into manageable pieces that worked for everyone. I learned about teamwork and the importance of a second pair of eyes on all of your work. I also learned not to be so hard on myself. There were things I just didn't know how to express in the best way and that is okay.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You need to know that this is an writing course. It's right in the title, but some people miss it because they tend to think, "Oh this is an English class! It should be easy!" Don't forget that this will require time and effort. Be prepared to spend time on this course and you should be fine.
