    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It tackles the essence of accounting; i.e. why accounts are classified as such or why transactions are interpreted in a particular way. It requires a bit of background knowledge of accounting and finance as well as working knowledge of the English language. It also requires alot of reading since the course is focused on Accounting Standards, namely IFRS, IAS, etc.

    Course highlights:

In taking this course, I was able to solidify both my theoretical and practical knowledge of accounting and external reporting. This was made possible by enormous amounts of reading as well as by having a competent professor like Mr. Caliwan.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do your best right off the bat. Exams in this course are cumulative; meaning the final exam tackles all topics discussed throughout the course. A strong foundation of the first few topics will ensure a passing grade. God bless!
