Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Econ should be taken as a summer course going into senior year in order to provide a free period for incoming seniors. Primarily, Econ gives the student the fundamental knowledge necessary for real-world situations such as investing in certain businesses based on their success or the time in which buying a house is a smart decision. Secondly, it is known to be a fairly challenging course when taken during the semester, so it just makes sense to get it over with during the three week summer schedule.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of summer Econ for me was that it was a fairly laid back course. It fits the summer mentality perfectly while also including classwork, quizzes, and broadly engaged discussions regarding the course material.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

I would say make sure you pay attention in class when learning about new topics and units, as well as studying past quizzes in order to succeed when taking the unit tests.
