Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because Mr. Mabry is an enthusiastic teacher who sincerely cares about each student and helps us succeed in his class. Mr. Mabry would teach us events in history by reenacting certain events, showing videos, providing extra credit based on the era we were learning about at that moment and by having us create visual study guides to help us understand the lesson.

    Course highlights:

As a class, we learned about the history of the United States, but Mr. Mabry also taught us ways in order to better prepare for the Advanced Placement test at the end of the year. I learned how to analyze historical documents and apply them to modern events, and how to format an essay for the AP exam. I also learned new study habits that positively benefited me.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

In order to succeed in this course, you must keep up with the reading and notes given to you in class. The class was taught at a rigorous pace so in order to truly understand the lesson, you must complete the assigned assignments and read the passages given to you before class.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

The course revealed that the United States of America has a rich and interesting past by going into vivid detail about the social effects of various events that occurred in U.S. History on African slaves, the common man, and just really Americans in general.

    Course highlights:

It went into depths about how the U.S. government functioned which greatly helped me in my Government class the following year because I already had an idea of the United States government.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

The textbook provided by the teacher is immensely helpful in completing assignment that will return as 100s because all the answers are usually within the book and, if not, give a general knowledge of how to best answer any questions.
