Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Mr. Sebald is a wonderful teacher. He helps his students as much as he can with everything he teaches in class. He provides a fun learning environment and keeps his class very interesting.

    Course highlights:

The highlights were definitely, after struggling a bit in the beginning, getting my first A on a quiz after many long hours of studying and completing labs to understand the material. Afterwards, I began to understand more and more the concepts and greatly enjoy the new and exciting world of chemistry.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

I would say that doing to homework and assignments every night, even if they are not graded or required, greatly increases one's understanding of the material and asking lots of questions in class is the best way to know what is going on.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It was very beneficial to me. I learned many new scientific priciples to use in college. I also learned how to work with my friends and classmates t achieve a desired result for an experiment.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to do balancing equations and redox reactions both mathematically and also in experiments. I learned how to infer different results from how my experiment ended.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

I would recommend that you start to study for the AP exam at the beginning of the semester and make sure that you understand all the different techniques that are used in Chemistry.

I would recommend it because it helps students become prepared for the science courses they need to take in college.

    Course highlights:

I learned the correct shapes for compounds in Lewis Structures and I learn how to studiously write net ionic equations.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you study hard for the tests and study a little every night so that you are prepared for the exam.
