Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because I think learning economics, even the basic principles, can improve a students outlook on how the monetary system works, how companies make decisions, and even how to spend. Although it may not seem like it, economics can be compatible with any other field of study for money plays a huge role in society everyday.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course was the macro section because students are able to learn more about banks. This was a cool subject because you get to see how banks and governments interact and the history of the highs and lows of this kind of system. Learning about the mistakes large banks and policy makers have made can improve the way others look into policy in the future, which can in turn benefit everyone in the monetary system.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Advice I would pass on to future economic students is definitely attend class, stay active and concentrated during lectures, and practice as much as possible. Econ can be a difficult subject to follow because there are many concepts, rules, and systems that need to be memorized in order to understand it as a whole. But, the more time you put into the work and practice, the more the information will make sense.
