    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

It was a fairly easy online class, the professor was very good about being in touch if you emailed her and always reminded you of what was due that week so you didn't lose track. The only problem was that tests and quizzes seemed to be based on an older textbook so some of the questions were on information that was in different chapters in the new textbook. Using the index helped solve this though and all quizzes and tests are open book as the class was online.

    Course highlights:

I learned the basics of psychology; the way the brain works, nature versus nurture, how we learn etc.... A lot of the information is very interesting and even helpful in day to day life. The videos uploaded for us to watch for discussion posts were of very interesting lectures.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be proactive and stay ahead of the reading. While this class is not very difficult if you fall behind it might be hard to catch up. Email the teacher with any questions, she responds quickly and it never hurts to ask. The main paper was due a month before the semester was over- do not assume it is due at the end of the semester!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The instructor was involved in the course and made it both interesting and enjoyable to learn. He followed the course curriculum and stayed focused through out the course.

    Course highlights:

Learning about common disorders made for a memorable unit that taught not only what the condition was but also how to be sensitive and helpful towards a person with a disorder. It was enlightening to learn what people go through and how to deal with it.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the chapters before the quizzes.
