    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

First off, this is not a course for everyone. If you're looking for an easy A english course that requires little to no effort, don't bother. However, if you are highly interested in philosophy and the human condition be prepared to grapple with the most challenging and important questions humans have been asking themselves for centuries.

    Course highlights:

In this course I learned history, philosophy, and sociology as we explored ancient texts, the settings they emerged in, and how they impacted society. I also learned how to write better, but most impotantly I learned how to communicate my thoughts to my peers more effectively.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Actually read the material and make sure to come to class with at least questions, if not a concrete understanding of the text with thoughts and opinions about it. Half the fun in this course is the engaged students who constantly participte!
