    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    He's a great professor, super nice guy, very genuine and understanding. He helps you understand the content through real life examples from his experience as a therapist and really puts things in perspective. The only reason I could see people having an issue with him is that he tends to run on tangents with his examples (he could actually spend half a class on an anecdote.)

    Course highlights:

    You basically focus on Freud's theories and build through there by learning about adaptations and psychologist that were inspired/bothered by him.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    You don't need the textbook (I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't have the textbook) but it's crucial to go to lecture and pay attention. You're grade is completely dependent on the exams and the exams are completely dependent on the lectures.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Really interesting, Shim is a great professor.

    Course highlights:

    Great course to take in college, you learn a lot about why people are the way they are. Shim's stories were definitely the highlight

    Advice for students:

    Go to lecture and take notes religiously in lecture and you'll get an A.

    professor shim is awesome! super interesting content and he's a great prof.

    Professor Shim is a great professor and a very engaging lecturer.

    Advice for students:

    Keep up with the reading and go to class. Exams are exactly what he says.
