    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Don't count on Wayne to help you. He is extremely slow with emails. Reach out to TFs and Piazza. Google is your best friend. Also consider using a IDK such as Eclipse instead of Dr.Java that Wayne recommends. Auto completion helps a lot when learning a new language Prepare to bang your head against the wall to solve homework. For 10+hours a week unless you are really good/smart.

    Course highlights:

How to Programm and comment properly. And how to use Google and DO NOT count on Professors most of the time as a BU freshman.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Google and TF. Don't try to email Wayne, if you do prepare to wait days or even weeks. Or he never sees it because he has a lot emails.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Incredibly challenging course that gave me a run for my money, but forced me to take school more seriously and work harder than I had been that entire year.

    Course highlights:

The class teaches some really complex ideas and puts them into real-world applications like our Mini Google project.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

give yourself PLENTY of time to work on the projects so that you can visit office hours when you cant figure something out and so you can think more clearly without being pressed for time. the projects are time consuming.
