    | Would recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course to the average student because it is a prerequisite for a variety of majors. It is also important because it provides "stepping stones" for using mathematics in real-world applications, as it is an introductory course to calculus.

    Course highlights:

Through this course, I finally learned the fundamentals of calculus, as well as how to use off-beat methods to methodically solve problems, with the help of my professor and my colleagues.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Put in a substantial time for studying. Practice is key in mastering the key concepts of the course.

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Definitely helpful if you have taken AP Calc in high school. Long lectures. Could be confusing at times.

    Course highlights:

Great guy. Very helpful if you ask questions. Basically review for me.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Do the homework. Study for exam.
