    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Accoutning 202 is the second ACCT class that I took in college. It's a managerial accounting class which teach you how to make internal decisions in a company as an accountant. Professor Gilkey is a very devoted teacher, he is a CPA Accountant, so he has a very good knowledge for this class and he always tell us a lot extra knowledge in class. This class truly helps you learn knowledge in more practical way.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to make internal decision as an accountant and how to make budget for a company to get a higher profit in the future. Also, I also learned how to calculate the present value and net present value and actually use them in life, for example, I used the calculation of present value to lease my car and I actually calculated the actual interest the dealers are taking from me and I negotiated the price in a more reasonable way!

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

If you can not bare the pressure or homework and high amount of work and attention in class. It's hard for you to get good score in this managerial class.
