    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Professor Zacharias was one of the best professor I have had. He only writes key points on the Board and then speaks of them in detail and if you write down what he says (I typed) you will ace the exams. He sometimes gets off track and he'll let you know what you have to write and what you don't have to write. His study guides are more than effective, he basically hands you the exam all you have to do is go over the study guide topics. He assigns an essay and for me essays are not my strongest suit, but I got a 98/100 on mine because I found a topic I really enjoyed and just wrote about it and if you follow his rules for the essay you'll be fine! Most importantly he is willing to stop and answer questions any time! he's great with students if they don't understand something and he will take the time to make sure you understand it. I never really understood politics and after taking this class I feel like a new person it opened my eyes to so much and he truly cares about his career. Bonus Point: He replies to emails within one day!

    Course highlights:

I learned so much that words don't even explain! If anyone watches political shows that are scripted (like myself) watching the shows after even a few of classes made me so much more interested in the show because I could actually understand it and I feel like I can hold a conversation now with a politician which is great! being able to become more diverse in my knowledge of everyday things was the biggest highlight of all, I can talk about politics for days now and not be bored or confused. To say the least I enjoyed the course.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

GO TO CLASS! I missed one class due to a family emergency and I wish I hadn't. He goes over so much material in class and by missing one day I missed a chuck of the study guide and I was even more confused going into the next class. Also, pay attention. make sure you understand the material, I knew I understood it when I was able tot each someone else about it, and by teaching someone about it I was able to further understand the topics and I felt great after the exams because I knew that I knew the answers.
