    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Dr Hanvey is an amazing professor who really cares about helping his students succeed.

    Course highlights:

I gained a lot of courage in my writing through this course. I was always really self conscious about the assignments I would turn in, but Dr. Hanvey was extremely gracious and willing to help me improve in my writing skills, and to get over some of those fears.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

You'll find that if you put in effort into the assignments and participate during the class, your grade will obviously reflect that.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

We have The Great Gatsby and Rereading America as our learning book this semester. The topics of all the assignments are not hard, but the amount of the assignments is quite large

    Course highlights:

I improved critical thinking skill from this course. However, I would not recommend Esl student to take this class since it an online course which means that it is hard to know what kind of essay or writing style the professor like.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Weekly assignments are not hard, but you have to pay attention to 5 essays. The score of 5 essays takes a big part of the total score. Therefore, put much more efforts on your essay.
