    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The class that I took was focused on philosophical ideas that emphasized exercising one's own agency. I learned how to write a structured and effective academic research paper.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to write an academic research paper for the universal audience (i.e., rational, normal people). I was also encouraged to think critically and reevaluate reified, normative ideas through the integration of philosophical ideas.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to take good notes during the professor's lectures. Read the books because there will be discussions every class on assigned readings. Be prepared to write 6-7 pages of research papers and make sure to answer the prompt. If you are struggling in class with anything, go see the professor during his/her office hours and seek help.
