    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because you will be to learn the legal aspects of the business. After taking the course I have learned a lot about fair trade, laws and regulations of the trade domestically and globally.

    Course highlights:

This course introduced me to the laws and ethical standards that managers must abide by in the course of conducting business. Laws and regulations almost always shape a company's decision-making process: a bank cannot charge any interest rate it wants to charge - that rate must be appropriate. Car manufacturers must install hardware and develop new technologies to keep up with regulations designed to reduce pollution. By the end of this course, I've gained a clear understanding of the legal environment in which businesses operate.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Consider to allocate about 12 hours of week for this course. Make sure to memorize the terminology as you read the textbook because at the end of course there will be a final written exam. The exam consists of 2 parts: terminology and case analysis.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Memorize the textbook. Write a lot of notes while reading. Open book final is difficult unless you understand the contents of the text.

    Course highlights:

The law class was very in depth. Each subject connects with the next. The discussion boards each week require quotes from the text as well as previous chapters.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Great class but you need the time to read
