    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    This class teaches you many useful tools in the business world. Not only do you learn about the diverse behaviors in various positions, but you also learn about your own personality. You are given many different personality tests, learn how to operate in different groups, and you are encouraged to let your inner self-shine​ through. This is a course that everyone that is employed should take. Dr. Virgina Green is a true expert in her field and she does not hold back her knowledge.

    Course highlights:

    I personally learned a lot about how my own personality matches my work personality. Having this knowledge helps me to navigate if I am in the right career field. I learned how to operate in groups with varying personality types. It is important to master the art of working with others to further your career. This class has many different assignments that at first may seem pointless, but at the end of the class it all comes together.

    Advice for students:

    The best advice would be to go to into this class with an open mind and an open heart. Be willing to learn and listen to what the professor is sharing. The professors at Pepperdine are experts in their field. Trusting in what you are being taught will be the key to success in this class.
