Not too easy. Not too difficult.
I took this course while studying abroad in Shanghai, and I loved it. I enjoy psychology and its role in everyday life, and what's more prevalent in everyday life than our consumerist tendencies? This is a class that, even if you aren't a Business or Marketing Major, has real-life application, which is easily identifiable as you go through.
This course teaches you the bare essentials/starting points in marketing. Here, you have to learn the basics behind consumer psychology, the various methods and motivations of advertising, and the way that companies identify and market to their desired types of consumers.

Advice for students:
Be prepared to have to remember specific terms and their definitions, as well as lists of various methods, concepts, etc. Getting in a study group and talking all of the material over with fellow students was the only way I remembered the extensive material and passed the exams - especially when we'd get really animated and start yelling.
