    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

With little to no background in research or research methods, I was somewhat apprehensive about coming into this course. Dr. de los Santos allayed those fears by walking alongside students in their group research projects and providing valuable, kind feedback.

    Course highlights:

The group research project, though difficult, provided an excellent chance to learn how to research in a safe, nurturing environment. I gained valuable skills regarding how to read a research study and how to better conduct one.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Stay on top of your research project! Even if you think you're ahead, you might not be, so make sure to set early deadlines and adhere to them as best as possible.

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class isn't very exciting but you do learn a lot of basic information about communication research.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course for me was getting to conduct my own research project and use what I learned in the class to analyze my research.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

I would tell students to take good notes because if you don't, then you'll be totally lost when it comes time to do your research project.
