    Course Overview:

    Professor Fike is genuinely excited about teaching public speaking. He is a great teacher and gives great advice to help you improve your skills.

    Course highlights:

    I learned to be confident in myself when speaking in front of people.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Make sure you spend a lot of time preparing your speeches because that is the majority of your grade. Also, participate!

    Professor Fike is great and will really help you get out of your comfort zone to be a great rhetor.

    I learned on how to manage my anxiety and properly present my presentation.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    The course was not very demanding, but at the same time I learned a lot from it. It was very fun and relaxed, the professor made sure that everyone was comfortable with speaking in front of the class.

    Course highlights:

    I enjoyed speech days because I always learned something new. I learned a lot about health, nutrition, and about my classmates.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Do not take the class as a joke, enjoy it and get to know your classmates.
