Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Behavior in Organization is a key course to take at the beginning of an MBA. You have the ability to navigate complex issues in a business that deal with skills like managing teams, public speaking, confidence in decision making and prepping you to avoid rookie manager mistakes.

    Course highlights:

I learn a lot about myself through this course. My professor walked us through exercises about learning styles as well as career trajectories. This makes you aware of your own path as well as informed about others which helps you empathize and evaluate peers within a team so that work and expectations can be properly assigned and assessed.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

It is a requirement in most MBA programs and I completely agree it is a must have course. The professors walk you through many psychological concepts and theories dealing with managing and understand people, their motivation and actions as well as the intangible elements of leading teams.
