Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is great for any student to take in order to gain a strong understanding of nutrition and how it applies to our lives. This course is great for non-science majors looking to get their lab science requirement out of the way. The professor is great at teaching and simplifying the subject so it never seems like an impossible science class. As long as you're doing your work,(which is reasonable) everybody learns and everybody has a good time.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course was learning how wrong I was about so many things I though I used to know about nutrition. This class blew me away with just the sheer facts about nutrition and the contrast between what is factual and what people believe to be true. This is one of those classes that will challenge you to be more mindful about your diet and health.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the text book! She does a great job of teaching the course but without doing at least the reading you will be pretty lost. The book is well-written and definitely easy to read.
