Not too easy. Not too difficult.
The professor was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the course. The class was also structured in such a way to maximize in-class exploration of concepts and understanding. This was done my reviewing pre-recorded lectures outside of class, and supplementing this with book reading.
As the first class in the biology series, it included molecular and cellular basics of all life. Very thorough introduction for all science majors to the fundamental structures of life.

Advice for students:
Always stay current on readings and notes. The course covers a lot of material and some of it takes a fair amount of research to really understand it. The multi-level concept of life organization means that the content often builds upon itself. Knowing your proteins and basic molecular structures will give a better understanding as to how many processes and larger structures interact and function in a real organism.
