    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it seamlessly gives examples of what it means to be human not only in our present time frame but in the context of the past. The instructor gives enough work to fully understand the course material as well as engage the class in interesting study material.

    Course highlights:

Highlights of this course was finding out the truth behind multiple myths that have become part of our collective human knowledge. It was also very interesting to begin to practice and understand the science behind archaeology. I learned a lot about the time it takes to prove something as scientifically true. As well as realizing that for some questions about our human past (mainly social, power structures) we may never know the truth.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the chapter before class as well as take extra time to allow for your brain to fully think over the material. This course has a lot to do with what you think about humanity which requires deep introversive thought.
